I have a new favorite soup over here. I have always loved chicken tortilla soup, but never made it at home because I thought it would be “too complicated.” Well, I was completely wrong, considering this ended up being one of the easiest soups I have ever made. And I’m not going to brag (okay, maybe a little bragging), but it was the best version of this soup I have ever had. I can’t take full credit for the recipe because I followed one by my favorite chef, Rick Bayless. Yes, one of his restaurants did cater my wedding. That’s how much I love this guys food!
