Confession…

lemon drop love

  • I’m trying to incorporate lipstick into my life. A little color can’t hurt me, right?
  • I don’t wash my hair two to three days at a time…sometimes longer.

  • I can’t make up my mind on what I want to eat a lot of the time…and Brian always knows what I’m craving before I do.
  • You know where I have been in the house because I leave a light on in every room.
  • I pick my nails.
  • When I walk in the door, I can’t get my comfy clothes on fast enough.
  • I exercise intermittently, but should make it a regular thing.
  • I want to read more, it makes me happy.
  • Sometimes I’m really shy, but once I get to know you I’m a goof that can be more than chatty.
  • I want to be a better listener.
  • Being happy and fulfilled in my career/job is more important to me than my income level.
  • I grind on big and small problems. You can call me borderline obsessive at times. I’m practicing letting go of things that are out of my control.
  • I crave salt over sugar; crunch over chewy…that’s my jam.
  • I love my dogs as if they were my kids. You’re afraid of dogs? I almost can’t comprehend it. Could you call me a crazy, dog lady?…maaaybe.
  • I love scary movies, until I’m actually scared, but that hasn’t stopped me from watching them.
  • I can’t lie, not even the little white ones…telling those makes me uneasy.
  • A comfortable bed is a priority in my life. Nothing hard, scratchy or dirty can be found where I sleep.
  • Fear of the unknown can paralyze me from succeeding and moving forward with things I want to accomplish.  I’m learning I don’t always have to have all the answers in order to make my dreams come true. (This one is a work in progress.)
  • I’m stubborn and easy going. (This is actually possible.)
  • I’m devoted to the people in my life and if you need someone to keep a secret, I’m your gal.
  • I want to be a better person for myself, my relationship, family and friends.
  • I’m learning to be easier on myself.
  • I find happiness in unexpected places.
  • I would rather stay in and have a small get-together than go out to a huge, loud party.
  • I don’t have all the answers, but sometimes I wish I did.

  1. I call our dog our baby all the time. I also tell my mom “I have to go take your granddog outside.”

Takes a strong person to know herself that well….and to say it out loud. Well done!
