Today I worked up a big appetite and I didn’t want to ruin a great workout with a heavy meal. I had a craving for a fresh, filling salad and this recipe sounded perfect. I have cooked the Orange and Blue Grilled salad once before and it hit the spot. The second time around wasn’t any different. The grilled romaine has the perfect texture, and the citrus from the oranges pared with the blue cheese makes every bite just melt in your mouth. All I can say is, Yum! It is tough to find a salad that can stand all alone as a meal and this one definitely fits the bill.
