I haven’t been shopping in a couple of weeks, so I decided to treat myself to a little window shopping on my lunch break last week. Needless to say this innocent window shopping trip turned into a full fledge shopping trip. I don’t know about you, but I am either in a mood where nothing seems to fit, or I just don’t have the energy to try anything on, so I end up walking out of stores pretty much empty handed. Or I can be in the very dangerous, everything-is-working-and-I-must-have-it mood, which is exactly what I was experiencing last week. It didn’t help that I have a lot of staple pieces that I want to add to my wardrobe and Club Monaco was able to provide me with four of them (polka-dot blouse, embellished tank, detailed neutral skirt and a soft cream cami with lace). This store has the softest fabrics, prettiest embellishments and the finest little details on their clothing. Club Monaco isn’t a store where you go for bargain shopping per se, but I hit up the sales rack and walked out with some satisfying deals. If you haven’t been to this store in a while, or ever, I say take the time to walk in and be inspired. I would pretty much own every piece in the store if I could.
